1. Εισαγωγή

7. Παραγγελίες

Πριν από την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας, παρέχεται στον καταναλωτή πλήρης προσυμβατική ενημέρωση (εταιρικά στοιχεία, ΓΕΜΗ, χαρακτηριστικά προϊόντων, τιμές, έξοδα αποστολής, όροι υπαναχώρησης, τρόποι πληρωμής, εγγυήσεις, χρόνος παράδοσης, εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση, δυνατότητα εξωδικαστικής επίλυσης διαφορών κ.λπ.).
Η σύμβαση πώλησης συνάπτεται όταν ο καταναλωτής υποβάλει παραγγελία (πρόταση αγοράς) και η εταιρεία την αποδεχθεί αποστέλλοντας επιβεβαίωση μέσω e-mail. Η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αποδεχθεί ή να απορρίψει παραγγελία χωρίς αιτιολόγηση. Αν δεν αποσταλεί επιβεβαίωση εντός τριών εργάσιμων ημερών, η παραγγελία θεωρείται απορριφθείσα.
Για έγκυρη παραγγελία απαιτείται:
α) παροχή όλων των απαραίτητων στοιχείων,
β) αποδοχή όλων των όρων πώλησης (προϊόν, τιμή, μεταφορικά, παράδοση),
γ) αποδοχή των παρόντων Όρων Χρήσης, που αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο μέρος της σύμβασης.

Prices shown on remoundouhandcraft.gr include VAT at 24%. Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated. Remoundou Handcraft reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Reserving a product through remoundouhandcraft.gr and subsequently purchasing it at a physical store constitutes a purchase from the physical store, not the e-shop.

7. Orders

Only final consumers with full legal capacity under Greek law may place orders on remoundouhandcraft.gr. Orders for persons lacking legal capacity may be placed by their lawful representatives. Legal entities may place orders through their legal representatives.
Before order submission, remoundouhandcraft.gr provides clear pre-contractual information, including:
i. Full company details: legal name, registered office, postal address, Tax ID, contact phone and email.
ii. GEMI registration number.
iii. Main characteristics of products and quality of services, total price including VAT and any taxes, shipping costs, return costs if applicable, any additional charges, delivery method, offer validity, payment terms, guarantees, dimensions, and available payment methods.

vi. Terms of withdrawal from the contract and cancellation.

viii. Possibility of electronic dispute resolution.
ix. After-sales service terms, any commercial guarantees, and seller liability for defects and lack of agreed qualities under the Greek Civil Code.
x. Any need for frequent maintenance or existence of high-cost spare parts relative to the current product price.

The sales contract between Remoundou Handcraft and the consumer is a distance contract concluded when:

A valid order requires:

b) unconditional acceptance of all terms of sale, including products, price, shipping costs, delivery method, time, and place, and
c) unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the contract.
